Every time we think negatively about our present, past or future experience,
we create stress for ourselves. Learning to harness our thinking and
becoming self aware of the issues that affect our lives will lower your

There are many strategies that deal with the physical self to reduce
stress, this presentation deals with the power of our thought, enabling
attendees to immediately apply the techniques to lower stress now.
Intuitive Thinking in your
life– Building successful relationships
We know about people, intuitively. We sense immediately whether the
person we have just met is authentic and if we would like to develop
a relationship with them. Relationship skills are critical for success
in life.
Intuition is a skill that can be activated to develop greater understanding
of other people and situations in your life. Just like your tennis or
golf game, your intuition is a set of muscles ready to be utilised to
help you know yourself and others better. This presentation and the
techniques given will enable you to understand yourself and other people
that you are in relationship with at a deeper, more authentic level.
It is for people in roles where relationships with others are their
primary focus for example: recruitment, account management, sales development,
business coaches and mentors and anyone who manages people.
1 – 1 Mentoring
Intuitive Thinking is offered to executives to develop their intuition
on demand by one to one mentoring. The mentees intuitive ability is
measured before and at the end of the program. Objectives and desired
outcomes are agreed with the mentee at the beginning of the program
and reviewed continuously. Intuitive Thinking is delivered in four sessions
to enable the mentee to develop expertise in the Intuition on Demand
process.
